SEASON 1 :

Emissary - The Cardassian withdraw from Bajoran space leaves Terok Nor, or DS9 as the Federation calls it, without command. Captain Jean Luc-Picard introduces the role as commander of DS9 to Commander Benjamin Sisko, although he is reluctant to accept this role. Sisko, who recently lost his wife at Wolf 359, is still suffering from the loss, and is not too keen to raise his son, Jake, in such a hostile place. Sisko meets with Kai Opaka, who pronounces him to be the Emissary, a role Sisko is also reluctant to take. Meanwhile, the Cardassians are not far away. And tensions erupts regarding the Bajoran Orbs and the Prophets, which means Sisko's first day could be his last.

Past Prologue - While Dr. Bashir and Garak, the Cardassian Clothier, get to know each other better, Sisko has to deal with a suspected Khon Ma terrorist, who is willing to give up the fight for asylum. The Cardassians wants him under their custody, but Sisko is willing to give the terrorists political asylum. Tahna Los, the terrorist, however has other plans, and the security of the newly discovered worm hole may be in jeopardy.

A Man Alone - The new changeling constable, Odo, meets a Bajoran man whom Odo has delt with during the Cardassian occupation. Odo seriously wants him off the station, but the man is soon dead, and Odo is the prime and only suspect.

Babel - A station-out virus threatens the security of DS9. It is discovered that is was originally a Bajoran biological weapon against the Cardassians. Major Kira searches for the scientist responsible for the virus but find that he has died.

Captive Pursuit - The first encounter with a being from the Gamma Quadrant and is immediately befriended by O'Brien, the chief of Engineering. Soon another species arrive from the worm-hole, claiming that O'Brien's new friend is infact a clone created for the sole purpose of being hunted down, for the fun of it. Now O'Brien must decide between his friendship and possibly his well being, as by helping the alien, he has also become the hunted.

Q-Less - An old friend of Picard is found in the Gamma quadrant, returning with goods from the Gamma Quadrant. Meanwhile, another not-so-friendly acquaintance of the Enterprise crew shows up and causes havoc on the station, it is no other that Q. Suddenly, the stations finds it self losing power for an unknown reasons, and everyone points their finger at Q. But he may not be the source of the problem.

Dax - A team from Klaestron Four kidnaps Dax in an attempt to bring her to justice on their home world. Although the Federation and Klaestron Four does have a extradition treaty, but since DS9 is a Bajoran station, and Klaestron does not have a treaty with them, the trial is to be held on-board DS9. Dax is accused of a crime committed by his former host, Curzon, and for some reason, Jadzia is not prepared to defend her self, and the only evidence is one that is against her.

The Passenger - While on board the Runabout Rio Grande, Dr. Bashir and Major Kira encounter a Kobliad ship in trouble. Dr. Bashir is told not to save a dangerous prisoner aboard the ship by Kajada of Kobliad Security, but he tries and fails. Kajada, not convinced that the prisoner Vantika, a notorious criminal known for his pursuit of survival, is dead, urges the crew of DS9 to stay alert. A series of strange events occur, much to the fear of Kajada. When a Runabout hijacks a shipment of deuridium heading for Kobliad, and Dr. Bashir is aboard, the crew of DS9 have to chose between letting Bashir go or try to destroy the freighter and everyone aboard it.

Move Along Home - A strange new race of aliens from the Gamma Quadrant arrive on DS9 but does not seem interested in first contacts with the Federation. Instead, they are immediately drawn towards gambling at Quark's and soon involve Sisko, Kira, Dax and Bashir in a game that could mean death for the losers.

The Nagus - The Grand Nagus arrives on DS9 and announces that Quark, instead of his son, is to be his successor. The Grand Nagus soon dies and leaves Quark in charge. This news stuns almost everyone, including Quark, and a series of attempts are made at Quark's life by the former Nagus' son and Rom, Quark's brother. Soon, Quark is trapped inside an airlock, as his two deadly enemies tries to get rid of the new Grand Nagus.

Vortex - A man from the Gamma Quadrant strikes and kills a Miradorn raider. The man, who is a fugitive wanted on his home planet, is held by Odo, while the brother of the dead Miradorn demands vengeance on the fugitive. The man, named Croden, describes changeling creatures similar to Odo and offers to take him there in return for his release, but Odo does not trust him. When the government on Croden's home planet demands he be sent back, Odo is assigned escort and they head out in a Runabout, but soon is under heavy attack by Miradorn raider ships.

Battle Lines - Kai Opaka arrives on DS9 and accepts an invitation to visit the worm hole. On their trip, a strange sub-space signal is received and Sisko, Kira, Bashir and the Kai goes to investigate. Their Runabout crashes, killing the Kai, but they are not alone. Soon they find themselves stranded on a moon right in the middle of a conflict between two rival factions.

The Storyteller - Sisko is called to mediate a dispute between two Bajoran factions seeking one piece of land. Meanwhile, Bashir and O'Brien, is called on to Bajor to save a dying man, who is the Sirah of the village and claims to have magical powers to defeat a creature that will come to the village in the next few days. When the Sirah announces O'Brien to be his successor, much to the anguish of his apprentice, it is up to O'Brien to fight a monster that he doesn't even believes exist.

Progress - A Bajoran plan to mine a moon leaves Major Kira in a difficult situation as an inhabitant of the moon does not wish to move, even if it means dying on the soon to be uninhabitable moon. Meanwhile, Nog and Jake set out on a scheme to make a few bars of latinum, with surprising results.

If Wishes Were Horses - A high thoron reading on the stations leaves people's imaginations to come true to live. The cause of this might be of a sub-space rift that has developed and could engulf the whole station and Bajor with it.

The Forsaken - A probe comes through the worm-hole just as a team of Federation ambassadors arrive on DS9 on a fact-finding mission (ie. a holiday). The probe is tractored into a loading bay, its data downloaded into the central computer. O'Brien observes that the computer seems to work better now but a series of strange breakdowns occur the minute O'Brien leaves the computer unattended, as if the computer now wants attentions from O'Brien. A series of computer errors leaves Bashir and the team of ambassadors trapped within a flaming corridor.

Dramatis Personae - A Klingon ship explodes seconds after leaving the worm-hole leaves the crew of DS9 dumbfounded. Odo starts noticing that everyone is acting quite strangely. When a dispute between the Bajoran and the Federation crew over the alleged Valerian smuglers turns ugly, he is forced to take sides.

Duet - A Cardassian on-board DS9 is suspected of being a war criminal in a notorious prison camp. And through a series of false identities and cover ups, Major Kira now has to choose to believe what the Cardassian says or what she believes in.

In the Hands of the Prophets - Keiko's class is interupted by Vedek Winn who wants her to teach more Bajoran religious matters to her students. She disagrees and a feud between the Federation and Bajoran crew erupts in violence and hatred on the station.
